About Us

Chris Whites Extreme Martial Arts After-School & Summer Camp is a premiere martial arts school in White House, TN. We offer classes for kids, teens and adults in karate, taekwondo, kickboxing and more! Whether you are looking for a great workout or self-defense skills, our instructors can help you. Our daycare, afterschool program and summer camps are fun alternatives to traditional sports. Its fun atmosphere helps get kids off of the couch and into an activity that can improve their focus in school, confidence and overall self esteem! Our Story

Chris White's Extreme Martial Arts offers the best quality training around. Whether you are a beginner looking to get started, or an advanced student seeking to improve your skills, we have a program for you! We focus on instilling life-changing principles in our students from all walks of life. The program combines martial arts with other activities such as taekwondo, kickboxing, karate, and self-defense classes. Children gain strength and flexibility along with improved focus, self-confidence, and self-esteem as they build their skills and master each level of this fun program.

We're dedicated to helping students reach their full potential in school, sports, and life. We believe that education is the key to a better future for our children, and our goal is to help them become successful citizens who will go on to do great things. Our expert instructors are experienced professionals with real-world experience in teaching. Our curriculum is based on research-based best practices developed by experts in the field of education.

Our classes are fun—you won't find any lectures or boring drills here! Our goal is to help your child develop a healthy love of physical activity, while also giving them the skills they need to defend themselves on the street or in school if they ever need to.

Our instructors are experienced professionals who understand the importance of helping your child learn how to control their emotions when faced with adversity so they don't resort to violence; instead, they are able to use their skills in a positive way by defending themselves against bullies or other grown-ups who might try taking advantage of them.
